Chilean Gastronomy with Rodolfo Guzmán

Santiago meets New York at the first-ever New York Q&A with internationally acclaimed star chef Rodolfo Guzmán of Boragó.

In conversation with Nicholas Gill (James Beard nominated writer and photographer), Guzmán will introduce the exciting world of high-end Chilean gastronomy, sharing fascinating narratives about Chilean geography and ingredients, his personal creative processes, and the distinctive pleasures of Chilean culture and cuisine. Learn about the dynamic, wildly imaginative tasting menu at his acclaimed Santiago restaurant Boragó — among the World’s 50 Best Restaurants and #1 restaurant in Chile — where he uses only native ingredients, often reinventing his courses mid-service.

Copies of Guzmán’s new book, Boragó: Coming from the South (out November 6), will be available for purchase and signing following the talk. MOFAD’s in-house chef will also be preparing small bites using recipes from Boragó and there will be Brooklyn Brewery beer and Chilean wine available.
