Join Columbia University Professor Charles Zuker for a lecture exploring how taste is detected by the tongue and decoded by the brain to create an internal representation of the outside world. Learn how our sense of taste is a specialized chemosensory system that evaluates food and drink.
You are invited to a private viewing of the Picasso Black and White exhibition following the lecture, until 10 pm.
