Susan Choi is the author of four novels. Her first novel, The Foreign Student, won the Asian-American Literary Award for fiction. Her second novel, American Woman, was a finalist for the 2004 Pulitzer Prize. Her third novel, A Person of Interest, was a finalist for the 2009 PEN/Faulkner Award. In 2010 she was named the inaugural recipient of the PEN/W.G. Sebald Award. Her most recent novel, My Education, received a 2014 Lammy Award. A recipient of fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Guggenheim Foundation, she teaches fiction writing at Yale and lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband, Pete Wells, and their sons.

Sean Wilsey is the author of a memoir, Oh the Glory of It All, and a collection of essays, More Curious. He was on the staff of The New Yorker magazine and is currently an editor at McSweeney’s. He is at work on a second memoir called I Am In Love.

Stefanie Sobelle writes about 20th- and 21st-century literature, art, and architecture and is the author of The Architectural Novel, forthcoming from Oxford University Press. She teaches English at Gettysburg College and is an editor at the Los Angeles Review of Books. She is currently collaborating with her brother, Geoff Sobelle, on a performance project for the Brooklyn Academy of Music.

Geoff Sobelle is a theatre artist dedicated to the sublime ridiculous. He is the co-artistic director of rainpan 43, a renegade absurdist outfit devoted to creating original actor-driven performance works. Using illusion, film, and out-dated mechanics, R43 creates surreal, poetic pieces that look for humanity where it is least expected, and finds grace where no one is looking. His independent work includes Flesh and Blood & Fish and Fowl (Edinburgh Fringe First Award) and The Object Lesson (Edinburgh Fringe First Award, Carol Tambor Award, Total Theatre Award, The New York Times Critics’ Pick). He is a teacher at the Pig Iron school in Philadelphia (APT) and is on faculty at Bard College.

Albert Mobilio is the recipient of a Whiting Writers’ Award and the National Book Critics Circle award for reviewing. His work has appeared in Harper’s, Black Clock, BOMB,Cabinet, Open City, and Tin House. Books of poetry include Bendable Siege, The Geographics, Me with Animal Towering, and Touch Wood. Games and Stunts, a book of short fictions, is forthcoming. He is an assistant professor of literary studies at the New School’s Eugene Lang College and an editor at Hyperallergic Weekend and Bookforum.
