On November 19, Nerd Nite has corralled a number of presentations that will make you think you’re back in the 80s (the 1980’s and the 1680’s)! Like, totally tubular!  First, Nerd Nite Philly Co-Boss Chris Cummins discusses the day in November 1987 when Max Headroom pirated Chicago TV to rant for 90 seconds. Then Seth Baum discusses the best places to surf during a nuclear war thanks to the crazy waves that follow an explosion, and finally, a presentation about the events that led up to the Salem Witch Trials — by a direct descendant of one of the accused and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution!  And trivia is back again, so bring your pals, form a team, and win some increasingly ok prizes.  BUY TICKETS HERE.  Oh and there will also be some FREE BEER courtesy of Science Channel….free beer!
