Simon Critchley, one of today's leading contemporary philosophers and moderator of the popular New York Times philosophy series "The Stone," presents On Truth (and Lies), a new conversation series that encourages audiences to abandon their convictions at the door and explore the ambiguity of reality.

French visual artist Pierre Huyghe and British conceptual artist Liam Gillick join Critchley to discuss truth and illusion in art. When we think about the links between the art world and capitalism, what claim to truth can art make?
