Please join us Wednesday, June 14th at 7pm for a special event with Sherry Amatenstein, author of How Does That Make You Feel?, and Jennifer Keishin Armstrong, author of Seinfeldia. The two authors will be discussing their books, as well as analyzing the neuroses of Seinfeld characters!
Sherry Amatenstein is a therapist and the author of The Q&A Dating Book: Love Lessons from Bad Breakups and The Complete Marriage Counselor: Relationship-Saving Advice from America’s Top 50+ Couples Therapists. Amatenstein is an adjunct writing professor at the New School and NYU, and a former editor at Hearst and ivillage.com. Her writing has appeared in publications like Marie Claire, and she has offered relationship advice on Today, Early Show, HuffPost Live, NPR, and more.
Jennifer Keishin Armstrong is the TV columnist for BBC Culture and also writes for several other publications, including The New York Times Book Review, Fast Company, Vulture, and Billboard. She’s the author of the New York Times bestseller Seinfeldia: How the Show About Nothing Changed Everything and a history of The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Mary and Lou and Rhoda and Ted.
