Join Sara Auster and Susanna Harwood for a meditation experience that explores the vibratory power of sound—the internal sounds we create through our breath and voice joined with the external sounds produced by using tools and instruments. By combining sound with hand gestures known as mudras, we amplify the auditory vibration, leading us into deep meditative states.
