Staged Reading: A Jane Austen Project

Time travel! A lost manuscript! What was it like to be Jane Austen, so brilliant and yet so constrained by circumstances? And why are we as a culture still so obsessed with her?

A collaboration between Kathleen Flynn, author of THE JANE AUSTEN PROJECT, and playwright Sarah Rose Kearns, performed by Kathleen Flynn, Sarah Rose Kearns, Marc LeVasseur and Kate Armstrong Ross.

After the performance, Robert A. K. Gonyo, a theatre director and podcaster, will moderate a conversation with Flynn and Kearns about Austen, adaptations, and the enduring power of genius.
