On the heels of the legendary River Cafe’s 30th anniversary, its acclaimed creator, chef Ruth Rogers, has debuted her 12th cookbook, River Cafe London: Thirty Years of Recipes and the Story of a Much-Loved Restaurant.

Together with her co-authors and The River Cafe’s head chefs, Sian Wyn Owen and Joseph Trivelli, Ruth pays homage to the iconic restaurant’s last three decades and the memory of its co-founder, the late Rose Gray, through 120 classic and modern recipes, previously unpublished archival images, careful cooking tips and hand-drawn illustrations, new photography by Jean Pigozzi and Matthew Donaldson, and bespoke menu designs from the restaurant’s many artist friends.
