On the heels of the legendary River Cafe’s 30th anniversary, its acclaimed creator, chef Ruth Rogers, has debuted her 12th cookbook, River Cafe London: Thirty Years of Recipes and the Story of a Much-Loved Restaurant.

Together with her co-authors and The River Cafe’s head chefs, Sian Wyn Owen and Joseph Trivelli, Ruth pays homage to the iconic restaurant’s last three decades and the memory of its co-founder, the late Rose Gray, through 120 classic and modern recipes, previously unpublished archival images, careful cooking tips and hand-drawn illustrations, new photography by Jean Pigozzi and Matthew Donaldson, and bespoke menu designs from the restaurant’s many artist friends. Join Ruth as she reflects on the River Cafe’s storied, three-decade-long history, the memory of its co-founder, the late Rose Gray and the recipes that shaped its legacy as one of London’s most beloved restaurants.
