This Learning to Like the World class, for children 5-12, will feature

“The Inside & Outside of Winnington Snail”

A Play by Martha Baird

and teachers Barbara Allen and Robert Murphy will demonstrate with the children these sentences:

 “The world is your partner, whatever your mind may do…. People don’t feel good when they’re not getting along with other things.  When Ted feels bad he is in some not so good arrangement with his big, big, big partner….Wherever you are, in bed or out, the world will be about you.  If you get along well with it, you will be some citizen.”  [From Children’s’ Guide to Parents and Other Matters, by Eli Siegel
