This museum is situated in the New York City Building, which is the pavilion from the 1939 World Fair designed by Aymar Embury II. It houses over 10,000 items, 6,000 of which are artifacts and documents related to the World Fair, while the rest include work by Salvador Dalí and other artists. The museum is best known for its Panorama model of New York City.
