Alzheimer’s Foundation of America: Remember Together Day

The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) presents Remember Together Day at Flatiron Plaza (23rd St. and Fifth Ave.). Visitors can:

Recreate a Photo: The event will feature a variety of digital photo backdrops from specific milestones in history. After taking a picture in front of a digital green screen, people will have the opportunity to print their photo and share it through Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter.

Take part in complimentary memory screenings: Free, private and confidential on-site memory screenings will be available for attendees.

Receive educational information: Attendees will receive information materials on Alzheimer’s disease and the importance of early detection.

Play memory games: A brain game area will engage families and promote further learning and interaction among attendees.
