Shakespeare-A-Thon
SHAKESPEARE-A-THON
Join us in a toast to the Bard, written by none other than our pal Bill Shakespeare himself!
Shakespeare died 400 years ago and The Gallery Players, South Brooklyn Shakespeare and the Rogue and Peasant Players have banded together to mark the occasion.
How? By reading every blessed play.
We have divided the plays into 4 marathon weekends based on their genre. Each weekend is a 3 day marathon of staged readings that invite the audience to participate.
At each reading audience members will be invited to read bit roles, giving them a chance to act alongside our experienced and diverse ensemble of NYC based actors.
And all of these readings? Absolutely free.
