As the HBO series Treme begins its final season, creator/executive producer David Simon, executive producer Nina Noble, and story editor/author Lolis Eric Elie join in a discussion about the important role New Orleans cuisine played in the series and the new cookbook Treme: Stories and Recipes From the Heart of New Orleans.

The event will include tastings of two dishes and two cocktails from the book.
