The author’s comprehensive look at the “notorious” Justice’s life—a book 15 years in the making—was written with the cooperation of RBG herself and is the result of comprehensive interviews with her husband, children, friends, and associates.

De Hart is joined by Alice Kessler-Harris, R. Gordon Hoxie Professor Emerita of American History and Professor Emerita in the Institute for Research on Women and Gender, Columbia University.
