Building Up Your Child's Self-Esteem - Heli Barak-Stein

The Israeli House, a program through the Consulate of Israel, in cooperation with the 92nd Street Y Israeliness, is proud to present this series for Israeli parents.

Taught by educational psychologist Heli Barak-Stein, the sessions will combine both theoretical and practical knowledge. Parents will be able to share personal experiences, learn skills and deal with personal questions regarding their children and family.

Heli Barak-Stein is an Israeli licensed educational psychologist and a group facilitator. She consults parents, families and couples and runs an Internet forum on the subject. She is the author of BEGOVAH HA'EYNAYIM (At Eye Level), TAKSHIVU LI REGA (Listen to Me For a Minute) and KSHEHAYELADIM YOTZ’IM MEHABAYIT (When the Kids Leave Home). She also publishes a bi-weekly column in "Yediot America".
